Humans are the only species known to cook their food. This has actually had a big impact on our evolution. Cooking makes food easier to digest and allows our bodies to absorb more nutrients. This might have helped our brains grow larger over time.

"The better we get at getting better, the faster we will get better." — Douglas Engelbart
“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma, which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice.
And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.”

https://nat.org/ As human beings it is our right (maybe our moral duty) to reshape the universe to our preferences; Technology, which is really knowledge, enables this; You should probably work on raising the ceiling, not the floor It's much easier to work on things that are exciting to you; It might be easier to do big things than small things for this reason; Energy is a necessary input for progress It's important to do things fast Smaller teams are better Where do you get your dopamine?
